OUR HISTORY
Cameo Homes Inc. was established in 1976 when Noel Quinton made the decision to purchase “Cameo Park Development” from his employer, Lewis Homes of California. Lewis Homes had decided to consolidate all of their home construction operations back to Los Angeles, California. Rather than return to California where his building career began, Noel Quinton put together the resources and team to successfully purchase the remainder of the project and Cameo Homes Inc. began. After four decades and the building of hundreds of homes as a family team, Cameo Homes was purchased in 2015 and kept in the family. Brothers Chris, Ryan and Brandon continue the legacy of building luxury homes in all price ranges and sizes for a third generation.
Each home is completed with the same level of perfection Cameo Homes has become known for—Superior Fit & Finish. Today, our company continues to remain focused on building according to the three founding pillars it was established upon- INTEGRITY, TRUST and PERFORMANCE. We actively build in Summit County, Wasatch County, Salt Lake County and Utah County. A B-100 General Contractor license is maintained which provides for unlimited residential size as well as Low-High Rise Commercial Construction. Our company’s core focus and concentration today is Luxury Residential Homes.
While our 46-year history of construction has taken us through a pathway of land development, residential subdivisions, and commercial construction, we are excited to continue building luxury homes that focus on “Superior Fit & Finish”. The focus of luxury exists in all sizes and price ranges of homes we build. Cameo Homes is proud to be celebrating “46 Years of Business” and making the same commitments to our clients that were made back in 1976- Integrity, Trust and Performance.
