Founded in 1976 by Noel Quinton, Cameo Homes began with a defining moment of entrepreneurial vision. Quinton purchased an in-progress project known as Cameo Park Development from his California-based employer, Lewis Homes, which had planned to relocate operations back to Los Angeles. That pivotal decision laid the foundation for what would become one of Utah’s most respected luxury residential builders.
Fifty years later, Cameo Homes remains firmly family-owned and operated. Brothers Chris, Ryan, and Brandon, continues the legacy, overseeing the construction of highly bespoke estates distinguished by exceptional fit, finish, and attention to detail. Under their leadership, the company has completed hundreds of luxury homes, each built with the same commitment to quality that defined the firm’s earliest projects.
Cameo Homes is actively building throughout Park City’s most prestigious communities and holds a B-100 General Contractor license.
